Terms of service

4CornersOS Terms of Service

4CornersOS is software developed by Anvil GTM LLC ("Anvil GTM," "we," "us") for independent baseball coaches, trainers, and training businesses. These Terms cover your use of a coach's 4CornersOS storefront and the player portal connected to it. 4CornersOS is available to families in the United States only. Please read these alongside our Privacy Policy and, if your athlete trains in person, the Liability Waiver.

1. Who this agreement is between

When you buy training or use the portal, two separate relationships exist:

  • You and the Coach. The Coach is an independent business that operates this storefront and sells the training services. The Coach sets pricing, schedules sessions, makes coaching decisions, communicates with families, and manages the coaching relationship. Your purchase is a contract between you and the Coach.
  • You and Anvil GTM. Anvil GTM develops and operates the software the Coach uses. Anvil GTM is not the Coach and is not the seller of the training, and it does not provide baseball instruction, coaching, supervision, training advice, or player-development services. Families use software provided by Anvil GTM while receiving training services from an independent Coach.
The Coach sets the prices, runs the sessions, and decides on refunds. Anvil GTM makes the software, not the training — which changes who you talk to when you have a question.

2. Eligibility, minors, and who's signing

The coaching offered through 4CornersOS is for youth athletes, typically grades 5 through 12 — which means most athletes are minors, including some under 13. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the athlete (or an adult they authorized); that you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of your minor athlete; that you consent to your athlete participating and to their training content being handled as described here and in the Privacy Policy; and that your information is accurate. An older, high-school-age athlete may use the day-to-day portal, but a parent or guardian must be the account holder on file and remains responsible for the account.

Kids can't enter contracts. A grown-up responsible for the child has to be the one who agrees, pays, and consents.

3. Your account

  • One family, one account. Your portal login is for your family only — don't share it.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has your login, tell the Coach or email us.
  • You sign in with a password or a one-time "magic link" sent to your email.
  • There's no self-serve delete button yet. To close an account or remove data, ask your Coach or email privacy@anvilgtm.com and we'll handle it.

4. Payments, pricing, and who the seller is

The Coach is the seller and merchant of record for everything you buy through their storefront — memberships, evaluations, and events. Your purchase is a contract solely between you and the Coach, who sets prices, provides the services, handles customer service, receipts, refunds, cancellations, and disputes over a charge, and is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure, hosted checkout — Anvil GTM never sees or stores your card number, and funds go to the Coach. Charges are made by your Coach's business, and your card statement will typically show the Coach's business name. Prices are set entirely by each Coach and aren't fixed by Anvil GTM, so we don't list any prices here — you'll see the current price at checkout before you pay.

When you have a billing question or want a refund, you should know exactly who to ask — your Coach. Anvil GTM runs the rails; the Coach runs the shop.

5. Memberships and auto-renewal

An online membership is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until you cancel it. Before you pay, the checkout shows that it's a recurring monthly charge, the amount and billing cycle, and that it renews automatically.

How to cancel: contact your Coach or email privacy@anvilgtm.com and we'll stop the renewal on the Coach's behalf. (A self-serve cancel button in the portal is on the way; until then, a quick message is all it takes and we'll confirm.)

Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership stays active through the end of the current paid month, then it simply doesn't renew. We don't refund partial months, unused sessions, or time left in a month you've already paid for — unless your Coach chooses to give you one. Charges already billed are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Auto-renew is convenient but it shouldn't be a trap. You should always be able to stop future charges quickly, know exactly when they stop, and never get a surprise renewal.

6. Evaluations and events

Evaluations are a one-time paid service; the Coach decides what's included. Events are one-time paid seat reservations for a specific session, clinic, or camp. Because the Coach is the seller, the Coach sets the refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy for evaluations and events — shown to you when you book.

7. Training is physical: assumption of risk and medical disclaimer

Baseball training involves running, throwing, swinging, and contact with equipment. Physical activity carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling your athlete, you acknowledge and accept those risks; detailed release terms for in-person training are in the separate Liability Waiver. Nothing in 4CornersOS — including training plans, drills, feedback, or metrics — is medical advice or a substitute for a doctor. Talk to a qualified physician before your athlete starts or changes any training program, and stop and seek care if your athlete is hurt or feels unwell. No one guarantees any particular athletic result, improvement, scholarship, or outcome.

8. Being a good teammate (acceptable use)

The portal's shared spaces exist so teammates and training partners can support each other and keep a constructive spirit. Encourage each other; respect what others choose to share (don't repost or redistribute another player's video, photo, or information); keep posts about training and the team. Don't harass, bully, threaten, humiliate, or name-call anyone; don't share anyone's private information without permission; don't share your login; don't use the portal for anything illegal. If something's wrong, report it to your Coach. The Coach may remove content, pause posting, or end participation for conduct that disrupts the coaching relationship or the safety of the space. Full conduct rules are in the Community Guidelines.

9. Your content

Families upload videos and photos of their athlete and post messages, comments, and feed posts. You own your content — uploading it doesn't give Anvil GTM or the Coach ownership. You grant Anvil GTM and your Coach a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process your content only as needed to operate 4CornersOS (so the Coach can review it, give feedback, and tailor plans, and you and your athlete can see it). It's not made public without separate consent. You're responsible for what you upload — only upload content you have the right to share, and don't upload other people's kids without their family's permission.

This license is deliberately narrow — just enough for the app to work. It is not a blank check to use your child's image however we like.

10. Our intellectual property

The 4CornersOS software, design, and brand belong to Anvil GTM. The Coach's own materials belong to the Coach. None of that transfers to you by using the service.

11. Third-party services

4CornersOS relies on trusted outside services, including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and calendar), and Meta/Instagram (where a Coach has enabled social features). When you use those features, that provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply. See our Privacy Policy for how data flows to these services.

12. The service is provided "as is"

We provide 4CornersOS "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Coach — not Anvil GTM — is responsible for the coaching itself. Anvil GTM doesn't employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any Coach, and isn't responsible for a Coach's acts, omissions, or the quality of their coaching.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anvil GTM won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of 4CornersOS. Because families pay the Coach, not Anvil GTM, you typically pay Anvil GTM nothing directly, so Anvil GTM's total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the software is limited to $100 (or, if greater, any amount you actually paid Anvil GTM directly for the software in the 12 months before the claim). This limit doesn't apply to things the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing here limits the Coach's own responsibility to you for the coaching they sell.

14. Indemnification

If your use of 4CornersOS, your content, or your breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Anvil GTM, you agree to cover Anvil GTM's reasonable costs in dealing with it. This is about misuse (for example, uploading content you had no right to share), not normal, good-faith use.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using 4CornersOS anytime and cancel a membership as described in Section 5. Your Coach may pause or end your athlete's participation, consistent with their policies and Section 8. Anvil GTM may suspend or close access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or to protect the safety or integrity of the platform. If access ends, the auto-renew and refund rules in Section 5 still apply to any active membership.

16. Resolving a problem first

If you have a dispute with Anvil GTM about the software or these Terms, please contact us first at privacy@anvilgtm.com so we can try to sort it out directly. Disputes about the coaching itself go to your Coach, who is the seller.

17. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this service infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@anvilgtm.com with: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL or location of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to material in response to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers' access.

18. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes with Anvil GTM are resolved. You and Anvil GTM agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the 4CornersOS software that cannot be resolved informally under Section 16 will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that (a) either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the service. The arbitration will be conducted in English, by videoconference or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you live. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION; disputes may be brought only on an individual basis. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing privacy@anvilgtm.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and account email and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. This section does not apply to disputes between you and your Coach, and it survives termination of these Terms. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court rather than arbitration.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer your account or these Terms without our okay; Anvil GTM may assign these Terms to a successor (for example, in a sale of the business). These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (where it applies) the Liability Waiver are the whole agreement between you and Anvil GTM about the software.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date below and give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the portal). For membership price or term changes, advance notice is handled as described in Section 5. Continuing to use 4CornersOS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. 4CornersOS is offered in the United States only.
