These shared spaces — your team feed, comments, and messages — are where teammates and training partners cheer each other on. This is a place for families and players, so we keep it simple, kind, and focused on getting better.
4CornersOS exists for real player development. The shared spaces work best when they feel like a good practice — supportive, focused, and safe for every kid in them.
Sharing wins, asking questions, swapping encouragement, and keeping each other moving forward. If a post helps a teammate grow or feel supported, it belongs here.
Treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated in person. Cheer on progress. Give helpful, constructive feedback when it's wanted. You can disagree about a drill or a play — just never attack the person.
No harassment, bullying, name-calling, threats, or humiliating anyone — ever. These spaces include kids, and there's no version of putting someone down that's acceptable here.
Don't repost, download, or share another player's video, photo, or personal information somewhere else. Don't tag or identify other kids without their permission.
A clip a teammate shared with the team was shared for the team — not for the wider internet. Everyone gets to control where their own stuff goes, and that only works if we all respect it.
When someone chooses what to share and who can see it, honor that choice. If you're not sure something is okay to pass along, ask first.
Posts and comments should stay on topic — training, drills, progress, and supporting the team. This keeps the space calm and useful instead of noisy.
Don't share your portal password or login. One family, one account. Your account is you in here, so keep it yours.
When logins get shared, we can't tell who's really posting — and that's exactly how kids end up exposed to people who shouldn't be in the space.
See a post or message that breaks these guidelines? Don't reply to it or argue back — that usually makes things worse. Report it to your coach (and if you're a player, tell your parents too). Your coach can review it and take appropriate action.
Your coach runs these spaces. Depending on what happened, your coach may remove a post, give a reminder, pause someone's ability to post, or — for serious or repeated problems — end a player's participation in the shared spaces. The goal is always to keep this a safe, positive place to develop.
These guidelines are part of the broader 4CornersOS Terms. See also the Privacy Policy and the Waiver.
